1. Introduction

Welcome to Qalla. By accessing and using our website, products, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your engagement with our artisanal preservation services and workshop bookings.

2. Artisanal Preservation Services

Our floral preservation is a meticulous, handcrafted process. Due to the organic nature of flowers, we cannot guarantee exact color retention or structural perfection.

• Flowers may change color during the drying process (e.g., reds may turn darker, whites may turn cream/yellow).
• Slight imperfections, tiny bubbles in resin, or minor shifts in layout are natural characteristics of handcrafted art.
• The 70% advance payment for custom preservation is non-refundable once the preservation process begins.

3. Shipping & Liability

It is the client's responsibility to ship the fresh flowers to our studio within the recommended 48-hour window. Qalla is not liable for flowers that arrive bruised, moldy, or decayed due to transit delays or improper packaging. Once the final art piece is shipped to you, risk of loss or damage passes to the courier and the customer.

4. Workshop Bookings & Cancellations

Workshop seats are limited. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, photography, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of Qalla. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
