1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Qalla Preservation Studio (“Qalla”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing and using our website (qalla.in), purchasing products, or booking custom preservation services and workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Artisanal Preservation Services

Our floral preservation is a slow, handcrafted botanical process. Due to the natural characteristics of organic flowers:

• Flowers naturally shift in hue during moisture extraction (e.g., deep reds may turn wine or burgundy, white petals naturally transition to vintage cream/ivory).
• Microscopic air bubbles, organic texture shifts, or handcrafted layout nuances are natural characteristics of resin art and do not constitute defects.
• Once flowers enter the 42-day silica desiccation chambers or resin casting stages, advance payments become non-refundable due to irreversible artisanal labour.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay, supporting UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and digital wallets.
• Payment Structure for Custom Floral Preservation:
  • Orders of ₹5,000 and above: Eligible for our artisanal split payment schedule. You pay a 70% advance deposit at checkout to reserve your studio preservation slot and initiate doorstep flower pickup. The remaining 30% balance is billed via email link once desiccation and resin curing are complete, prior to final dispatch.
  • Orders below ₹5,000: Paid 100% in full upfront at checkout (split payment is not applicable for custom keepsakes under ₹5,000).
• Ready-to-Ship Products, DIY Kits & Workshop Passes: Paid 100% in full upfront at checkout.
• For custom bespoke floral preservation, studio desiccation begins after payment is confirmed and fresh flowers have arrived safely at our studio.
• We reserve the right to revise product prices and workshop fees at any time without prior notice.

4. Flower Collection, Delivery & Inbound Transit

Clients do not need to ship or courier their flowers to our studio. Upon booking, a Qalla team member will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a free doorstep pickup at your location. Clients are requested to keep their fresh ceremonial flowers in a cool, dry place (stems wrapped in damp paper towels) within 48 to 72 hours of the event until our team arrives. 5. Workshop Bookings & Cancellations

Workshop seats are strictly limited. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to a scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual upon notifying our team. Full details are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, photography, logo marks, copy, and layout arrangements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Qalla. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or copying of our proprietary techniques is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Qalla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier transit delays, improper floral storage prior to shipping, or normal organic aging of botanicals. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in SAS Nagar (Mohali) / Chandigarh, Punjab, India.
